| I wanted to take a moment
to tell you how pleased I am with Moser Construction. I had such
a positive experience while building my first home in Autumn Ridge,
Mishawaka. I appreciated the attention to detail that I received
and was able to build the home I ha dreamed of for many years. I
had lots of questions during the construction process and had no
trouble getting the information I required to make good decisions.
The timeline allowed me the lead times for making my color selections,
flooring, fixtures, etc.
I found your office staff of Shirley and Rene to be very helpful
and great to work with and appreciate their follow-through as
well as follow-up. I think the sub-contractors on my project were
very knowledgeable about their particular skills. I also made
daily site visits, took lots of pictures, and kept record of progress
throughout construction. This also helped to make the process
run as smooth as it did.
I'm very pleased with the quality of workmanship and being able
to meet the timeline. I would not hesitate to build with your
company again and have sung your praises to others. You have obviously
proven yourselves within this area as a very successful family
owned business. Keep up the good work!

| In 1999 Jeff Moser built
our home in Pheasant Point. The plans were adjusted to meet our
needs; we were provided with all technical details of construction.
The construction crew and office staff were always courteous and
helpful. Jeff deserves the good home builder reputation that
he has earned. Our home was well built and completed on time.

| When at the age of 75,
we decided to have a new house built for us, we knew we'd need a
builder we could trust. Jeff Moser and his construction company
came immediately to mind.
Neither of us had ever paid much attention to house construction,
the styles or other things that go into the making of a pleasing,
efficient structure. So we needed and found Jeff to be extremely
helpful in making suggestions that led us to wise decisions throughout
the building process.
Because of his creativity we have a home that is totally convenient
and comfortable. And because he is careful to employ skilled workers,
our home is beautiful, as well.
He and his staff have always been available to help and to answer
questions. They have proven to be honest as well as caring. We
are totally happy with our choice of builders.

| We moved into our new
home in 1995, and couldn't be more satisfied with the appearance
and quality built by Moser Construction. Jeff admitted to us before
he started that he had never built a log home before ours. But he
spent much time with the log home company and worked very well with
them to build the home we wanted. We appreciated Jeff's commitment
to always communicate with us, always seeking our desire and informing
us of options we had for getting things done. Now, 6 years later,
we still are delighted with our home and the quality of its construction.
Since this was our first building experience, we didn't know
much about the process, but found Jeff and his crews to be very
helpful. We chose Moser Construction because of their reputation
for being honest and of high quality. We found both of those traits
to be true throughout the process of building our home. If we
choose to build another home in our lifetime, we would choose
Moser Construction again.

Construction! We can't believe its already been 2 years since we
chose Moser Construction to build our home! Hardly a day goes by
without thanking God for the blessing he gave in leading us to Moser
Construction.
Having never built before we really weren't familiar with the
intricacies involved in new home construction, but Jeff and his
skilled staff did a fantastic job of making everything come together.
There were so many things we never even considered, but all were
taken care of for us, to create a beautiful home.
If we ever decide to build again, Moser Construction would be
our first phone call. We would recommend the same to anyone else
interested in having a quality home crafted to fit their needs.
